Hacking Wii U USB loading - install WiiU games to USB or internal memory

I have a strange problem.
All of a sudden I can't see any games to install when in Wup Installer yMod 1.3.
I could see game folders earlier but now it simply wont list anything there.

What I've tried so far to rectify this, without any success:
Formatted the SD card and copied files again
Unzipped wup installer ymod again in case anything was corrupt
Recopied games with Wii U USB Helper to SD card

SD card is formatted on a windows machine in FAT 32 and I know that the Wii U can read the SD card because if I run FTPiiU on the WII U and connect with a FTP client I can see all the games in the /install directory on the card.
I don't have another SD card to test with but since this card has worked before and the above fact that I can browse the card via FTPiiU it should work as is.

Any ideas on what I could try next?
I'm out of ideas here.
Try Wup Installer GX2.

"CFW: You can install non legit DLC on redNAND, or on SysNAND but you need to patch the signature before installing or launching the game."

I would like to know what kind of error happen if a user install a dlc without a CFW like a mocha, and what happen if a user run a game with dlc already installed without activating a cfw before?

It may cause a brick or it will simply not install or run?

It will not install. It will not launch, telling you that additional software is corrupted and asking you if you want to delete it.

Hi, sorry if this has been asked before, but I can't find and answer. How do I repack a game that was unpacked with Wii U USB Loader? The tool will unpack pretty easily, but I can't figure out how to repack. The tool claims to be able to repack.
Repacking with NUSPacker does NOT work (error on install with wupinstaller).
Thanks!

WiiU USB Helper unpacks WiiU titles to Loadiine format, and packs 3DS titles for CIA. Where does it say that it repacks anything? Even the developer told you that you'll have to use NUSPacker.

Did not try it, but i think it will work, good idea to bypass the problem. Personally, i have no problem about 292 game problem, 20 is just fine for me. :)

Just curious as to if you can transfer games that are already installed on one USB to another USB? My Wii U is on CBHC 1.6 and my games were installed with the Y MOD method. I tried to look a bit and couldn't find the answer.

You can't take someone else's drive and use it to 'load up' your drive, but if you want to upgrade to a better/faster/larger drive, then copying titles from one drive to another is a normal WiiU function of the Data Management button in Settings.

If 'last year' means before October, you've got about 243 pages of reading to do. If you 'WUPInstall' a title, it's installing the same way that the system installs eShop titles, so your own region's titles are just as stable as they would be if you bought them.

I use Haxchi for my patching when I need it.

Thank you! When i want to buy a virtual console game or a dlc on the official nintendo eshop, is there no problem?
USB loading doesn't prevent you from buying games or DLC, but if you used your DNS settings to block system updates, you'll have trouble reaching eShop unless you've run NNUPatcher.

If the titles have bugs, they'll still have bugs when you install them this way. No better, no worse.

Sorry, it's all my stuff, no other accounts attached. I just wanted to upgrade from a thumb drive to an actual external drive, sorry for the confusion. I just didn't want to screw up the CBHC. I just needed to know if I had to reinstall my content or if I could transfer it easily. Thank you for your answer.

No problem. Even with other NNID-linked accounts, it's fine. Plus, your CBHC title and the tickets that allow all the titles to run are stored on the system, not the USB drive, so they wouldn't be affected even if something went wrong with the move. It's a slow process, but easy.
