@erman1337 thanks for the suggestion. I tried that but I'm afraid it has not made any visible difference.@kantaroo Open the "FBI" app, go to TitleDB, then install "Luma Locale Switcher".
Launch it, choose Titles, then choose the game, then choose "Change Region", then pick "USA". The game should work now
(If the game shows up twice on Locale Switcher, do this for both of the items)
There was only one instance of "Disney Magical World" in the Titles list; I set it to "USA" as suggested and still comes up with "There is a software update available". Again if I update I have two choices, with the same issues as before: either I go via the eShop and then I get an error "011-3021" saying the software is not found, or I do the update directly in which case it appears to have worked - but then when I go back to the game it again says that there is a software update available, as if it had not registered that it has just downloaded it.
For good measure I tried to change the region to EUR and did the same - but with the same outcome.
There were two "Luma Local Switchers" and I have tried both.
I note that when I download the update directly it says that it has been successful and that I will be able to check in the 'add-on content' section of the system settings. But when I go to that section I do not see any trace of an update for this game. So I would say that it has not been successful, contrary to the message my 3DS gives me.
Any other ideas?
