Hardware Will it be hard to get a switch if you don't get one on launch?

If they will let you inside then by all means wait inside, but I have never heard BB doing allowing that. Is your BB having a midnight release or is it a morning release?

I get it if you are not used to being outside in the cold weather much. I am a Scout leader so am kind of used to it and have wool socks, long underwear and such. But we also usually have a fire, and BB would probably get a little cranky about that in the parking lot.

I hate the cold and winter in general, the Best Buy closes at 10 normally here, but there'd be no reason for them not to keep it open till then either, 12 AM, yes, they're doing one here. Gamestop is as well, but not till 10 AM and I'd rather get it ahead of time ><

Please call and speak to a manager to verify they will let you wait inside. I am very skeptical and you don't want any surprises.

I'd say give it about a month or so and they should be restocked, but probably summer is when they will be easy to get.

I'll need to call them when they get the shipment, I'll need to know what no. in line if I have to be since I kinda screwed the pooch on the preorder (long story). They'll have a few extra units, I just have to be in the right place in line.

I have read somewhere that on luanch day, 2 millions unit are available and dispatched to retailers.

if u want to get it in march get it at launch otherwise you will need to wait till april

Call and check.
Most places will close and get everyone out. Then reopen at 11:50pm to start making the line and getting people ready to check out at 12.



And on a side note does anyone know how many Switchs have been sold (preordered) on all the site the switches and alot of the acc are sold out. I wonder if its the demand or the supply.

Places like Gamestop and Best Buy said they would have a few extra units for those who didn't preorder, gonna call them and ask them when they'll allow people to line up and what position in line I need to be.
