It looks like it... im not sure what means FST info entries but they consider a potential key or not depending on that.

You generate the title.tik using that key (or wait for someone else to do it) and use it to decript the game for loadiine, or put the title.tik on the game folder and then install it with WUP Instsaller.

Thats pretty much it. To make a title.tik, you just take another one and copy paste the key solewhere in the middle and it will work (on top of the other key, not random place in the middle...)
But you just need a hex editor

Even if someone upload it there, there are no files on nintendo servers atm. You will only able to get the .tik

But many prople have the encrypted game so no matter what, whe' we havr all the peices, it will be uploaded everywhere
