Homebrew Is my N3S unable to install homebrew?

I've restarted my ds, formatted the sd card twice(and the ds), tried with a different sd card, check the payload(ver 11.3.0.36-U), renamed it to otherapp.bin, checked for file extensions, and reinstalled homebrew also. All of the files are in the right place (boot.3dsx, 3ds folder, soundhax folder, and the otherapp.bin on the root of the sd card). When I try to boot up homebrew it freezes on a blue screen. Someone please help.

@AyeeAyanna, what do you mean "soundhax folder"? SoundHax is an m4a file that goes on the root of your SD card.

All of the files are in the right place (boot.3dsx, 3ds folder, soundhax folder, and the otherapp.bin on the root of the sd card).

yep

you need homebrew working to install a9lh. you cant get a9lh on 11.3 though.

I'm not 100% sure if this will work but try downloading the ropbin that corresponds with your system version, rename it to Ropbin.bin, then you just need to put it on the root of your SD card and it might work.
Also, you've probably already done this but if you haven't you'll want to format your SD card to FAT32.

It seems that you've been having this issue for a while. you asked for help before and people let you used their files but that didn't help then I stumbled into this

do you think it's just the ds? ive got homebrew working once and installed fbi trying to get a certain .cia file but it didn't work so I deleted every single file on my 3ds and I guess everything stopped working then

You mentioned that homebrew worked at one point but then you deleted every single file on your 3ds. what do you mean by this? did you formatted your SD card. or went to system settings format 3ds? Also are you still on official firmware 11.2 or did you updated to 11.3?

I'm not certain, but I believe (someone PLEASE correct me if I'm wrong) that homebrew doesn't currently work on 11.3? Atleast not the soundhax exploit. Not sure about ninjhax as I personally had no use for it, and now i'm not sure on soundhax ever since I installing CFW.

as far as I know soundhax is working on 11.3 in OFW. I have CFW as well but a quick look in youtube and there are thousands of videos that shows soundhax working in 11.3 OFW.

Me neither. lol I found out that OP opened a thread about his issues on Feb. 6 but back then he was on 11.2. He had a working homebrew and attempted to install possibly an unknown cia, the cia didn't work and deleted stuff. I don't know what he deleted, I'm unsure if this would it even resolve the issue. but what if OP does a system format. it should clear any user changes to system defaults.
