Hey, been trying to get music mods back on my system but SalySD patch seems like it's not working? Do I wait and just use Vanilla game or will there be a fix to that?

So i recently installed the patches on v1.1 and they were working perfectly. But when i tried to save the game, it froze, and then closed. I re oppened moon and saw that it said my save was corrupted. I tried importing another save using jksm, and that didnt work. So i loaded luma with "enable game patching" disabled and i was able to load up moon just fine, but without the mods/patches. I looked in my sd card to investigate the problem. Then i noticed in my "saltysd" folder and then in SunMoon folder, there was a little file called "main". I deleted this know that it was not there before and loaded up luma with patching enabled this time. Moon booted up perfectly with patches and mods working. I tried saving again, and it happened again. I checked my sd card, and the main file was back. Any suggestions?

EDIT: Read below for soltion :)

The dev for SaltySD admitted that save redirection doesn't work, it sounds like through using the SaltySD patch, it tried to load up the main file from the SunMoon folder. I guess the SaltySD ips patch has to be updated.

Yeh. And I told another guy the same thing before.

Sorry i was going through all of the thread and its comments trying to find someone with the same problem as me. Guess i missed it.

Ok so i found my fix for it just now. All you have to do is take the "main" save from your jksm that you would like to use and copy from there to the "SunMoon" folder. This worked for me so anyone with this problem should try this.

So saltysd only overwrite the save to the "main" in sd card if the main actually exist.

Are you near sea/salt water, or in general they just don't last. Sounds like if you driving a mercedes, you need a garage. I get snow n ice here so nothing worse than clearing that shit off at 6am rushing to get to work.
