is there a current PKHeX that lets you edit your the TMs, pokeballs, and berries in your inventory?
maybe also one that lets you edit your current number of wins at the battle tree?

I know previous builds for XY/ORAS had this feature

You can edit TMs, Balls, and Berries in the latest (it's been around for awhile). You can't edit your battle tree wins yet, iirc.

Really? I'm using the latest one that proflayton123 posted on this page
and when I go to the items button (in between trainer info & box layout)
there's only potions, vitamins, and flutes.

Stuff like that really.

I know you can edit Poke Balls because I gave myself a ton of Master Balls. I think they merged some inventory items into the general items slot.

Hmm. Still not seeing it, even in the latest build. Can you screenshot where you're seeing this option?

This is kinda what I have, more or less.

I'm using Wine to operate the exe file from my mac, but I don't think that makes a difference.

I don't have my computer on me but I will screenshot it later. My inventory editor looks way different than what you see, though, unless they changed it on me recently.
