I recently got permabanned on my NNID from playing Pokemon Sun/Moon early, and to prevent the chance of getting a ban on my NNID itself since I am still able to use it elsewhere, I am trying to unlink it from my 3ds and link a new NNID until there are better methods to circumvent the 022-2812 error. Currently my 3ds doesn't have an NNID from injecting a blank nnidsave, but when I try to create a new NNID I get an Error 022-2452. My 3ds is using the arm9loaderhax.bin that is able to get around the 022-2812 error for now.

I don't think you can format it as you need internet access to do that, which you'll get an error when trying

No I bypassed 022-0102 with new valid Localfriensseed. And I unkink my NNID by a new NNIDsave.bin and change my serial number. So I have acces internet. But I have the same friend and the same mii. If I format my system. With the new serial number, my 3ds dont become a "New" 3ds for Nintendo's server?

But now the servers verify if your ID and Certs are matching.

No, the serial number will be the same (the one printed on the back, under the bar code)

So it will not possible to create and link a new Nintendo network, like now? (with new serial number and new NNID.save bin)

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

The only known method to currently rid a console of 022-2812 and 022-2452 is to do a system transfer to another console. This will transfer the ban from one console to the other.

Yes but i modify serial number and inject new nnid Save.bin befor the systransfer i cant unban the target 3ds? Cause we dont have a nnid banned transfered.

Or maybe create a NNID on a 3ds not banned or on internet and inject data in the 3ds banned?

Or maybe inject the NNIDsave.bin of the 3ds not banned in the 3ds banned. Transfer between 3ds banned and 3ds not banned. Reinject Nand backup on 3ds not banned?

Unfortunately it's not so simple, there are many "things" that Nintendo uses to identify a console.
Also, someone has reported that he wasn't able to connect the previous ID (the one on the banned console) to a new console.
Early days after ban was possible to link a new ID to an un-banned (022-28...) 3DS but now is not possible anymore

It doesn't work. The Device-ID doesn't match the Device Certs, so a new NNID can't be created or linked. Injecting one would just result in the 022-2452 error because the Device-ID and Certs don't match. Same thing for transferring and re-injecting.

Yes, transferring from a banned system to an unbanned one, will unban the source system but will leave the target system banned. Some people have said that the target system will remain unbanned but more than likely won't, I'm not saying they're lying but there have been quite a few people that have done this and all except one said their target system received the ban.

There is no technical reason for the bans to be carried over- the 2812 ban is tracked via. the device's DeviceID & Device Cert, which obviously isn't going to change or carry over to the target since that's in OTP (afaik), and 0102 is tracked exclusively via. LocalFriendCodeSeed_B, which is unchanged on the target system after doing a system transfer.

Yeah, it shouldn't work but it does and nobody is quite sure why. It's really quite confusing but is 100% proven to work, I'm guessing the ban is transferred server side to the receiving system for some reason, probably an oversight by Nintendo.

There are conflicting answers, some say it doesn't transfer the ban, others do, can't find any definite answer
