Both is know, and both won't prove anything in this case.
While the mail could be 100% true, it would also not be smart, if they would tell everybody that the ban is only for 15 days, nobody would be afraid, so it could simply be a lie.
On the other side, just because past bans where only for 15 days, it doesn't mean they have to be this time too. Bans are as long as nintendo want them to be, so only time will show us the real answer.

002 code is common , nintendo doesnt perm ban people with a 002 code that just takes out online services
not the 022 is a console ban , that is what nintendo would use if they really want to perma ban you
we don't know how the ban system realy works, we only know the effects of different bans and what happend in the past, but nintendo could still alter the times different bans, so the 002 ban could also be permanend, or the 022 bans could be non permanend.

Today i phoned Nintendo France. A guy say " Its impossible to connect with the game before the 23, Europe servers are not open. and its impossible to connect on japan's servers.
I dont know if he listened to me when i say , it was possible to bought the Game in France the 18/11/2016.So the Cia and cartbrige have differents keys?

Another thing you guys aren't considering is that these error codes don't have to apply to how long the ban lasts. they could be particular to certain servers, which would be why you get more then one error. weither it's a temp ban or perm, it could very well make no difference as to what error you get.

We don't know that they can see that, especially when installing a dumped rom alters the header. otherwise we would have been banned for any installed game that isn't hosted on the eshop.
So you have been out of the internet in the past two years, because this is exactly what N did in all past ban waves.

Im gunna disagree with that. we haven't seen any proof that they can detect anything other then private headers, which cia's don't have. I think versions are only used by automated systems like eshop for update reference.
