Gaming Has anyone gotten banned from playing Pokemon Moon online?

Also, is the ban only for S/M or is it a console ban from internet features?

You're likely banned if you connected to GTS.

Any other way to change the deviceID and bypass the NNID services ban? I know for sure that it's tracked by that, I made the simple NTR explorer method... but we really should have something easier. Either an NTR plugin to make my old method automatic or something to patch it in ARM9 ITCM, whichever works. So any ideas?

Pretty sure going into "Communication mode" in Sun and Moon is enough to get banned. If you used the little Wi-Fi icon and connected to the internet. Expect it.

That's regarding certs, not FC files. And that was debunked about 40 pages ago.

You're likely banned if you connected to GTS.

Well if you traded I suppose I wouldn't assume right away now if you do get banned then it's auto confined just entering the server will get anyone who attempts to go online banned

I was doing that at first but it's too much hassle to edit all that EVERY time I boot the DS. I hope someone can look into an automatic something for it at least for a temp solution to play online while we wait out the 15 days.

nope. i did not use any online features like trading, GTS, or wonder trade.
all i did was go to the festival place, and logged on GTS to look around and went off. no trades, no nothing. i pkhexed everything i want

I did this and was prompted with 002-2502 or something like that.

To be clear, I changed my unit FPD to ****....X.NintendoDevice-ID
(the **** are 4 values, and X,NintendoDevice-ID was preceeded by a few dots.)

Also changed the original Device to Dedede as you stated.

we have 2 errors,
002-0102 -> online play
022-2812 -> connecting to NNID services.

We bypassed 0102 and resumed online play, but still can't use eshop (connects to NNID, and it prompts)

also when I said friendcode, I was referring to the localfriendcodeseedB file or whatever was its name, found in decrypt9

I actually just logged in to ask this after lurking for 50+ pages. This is an important point to get information on.
.cia users (aka players who have copies that should be impossible to obtain for now) might be getting eshop banned (022-2812), while legit retail cart users (I'm supposing reviewers fall in this category) are only getting the supposedly temporary 002-0102 ban.

Edit: If only cia users are getting the eshop ban, I'm fully expecting that one to be permanent, while the temporary ban will go away as expected. In my case I have both errors, but the miiverse website works fine. (Can't open friends,eshop,online play) This was after accidentally opening the online plaza thing a few days ago.
