How could I then switch emuNand? I don't have access to menuhax so I can't use boot managers really. I do however have A9LH. I just want to have an emuNand where I could have just homebrew titles installed and one with games installed.
If you use Luma you can hold down a button at boot to select which emunand to start, see: https://github.com/AuroraWright/Luma3DS/wiki/Options-and-usage
Is it possible to use a different CFW for each emuNand? My main CFW with A9LH is Luma.
yes you absolutely can
I am using Gateway (yeah don't judge) for the 1st and Cakes for 2nd emuNAND
One more question. What is the difference between emuNand and redNand? Which one do you recommend?

I'd choose emunand since it is supported by more CFW though
