If I'm right we need a kernel hack for that henkaku has one but since we don't have access to the source code we don't have access to the kernel hack so we have to wait for some one to reverses engineer henkaku.

You are now able to play any PSP game you purchased regardless of Sony. I don't know if it works with PSX. The requirements are a real PSP and a Vita on 3.60.

It shouldn't be too far away since Major_Tom's VitaRW homebrew app can write to the protected partitions.... Once the encryption(?) or whatever is stopping the old exploitable PSP emu from 3.18 running on 3.60 (somebody tried this already) we should be able to have TN-V and TN-X back, I hope. Having a portable PS1 in your pocket is the best thing ever! :D

This has nothing to do with HENkaku. Someone could potentially use it to bypass the blocks Sony put in place with OFW 3.55, but you most likely need another ePSP kernel exploit (not a VITA kernel exploit) to be able to load PSP ISOs.

i thought the PSP mode was pretty much fully hacked?

It was. But Sony patched the kernel exploits a few firmwares ago and there is no public kexploit for 3.60.

they need to have a strong line up on the launch titles too. I think they should move metroid prime 4 to the next console because by now it has been quite a while and there's no release date scheduled yet

well as far as metroid prime 4 is concerned, the next system probably is similar enough to the current gen they can probably easily just slap it onto a next gen cart and call it good :P
