I'm trying to increase the limit of mega evolutions in a battle from 1 to 2. I know from another user the data is located in "DllBattle.cro" file, however I don't know what tools are needed to change that limit from 1 to 2.

May I ask what tools are needed to edit that file?

Anything capable of disassembling 3ds arm so... IDA is a simple choice but if you don't know what to do with it you're gonna have a bad time
