I Tried it again just incase and the KB's are:

965,632 KB = 943 MB, So I'm guessing it must okay for the MB, hopefully x)
I just checked mine and they are correct to the byte.. So maybe try backing it up one more time or asking someone on IRC

Hey, just checked, 965,632 KB does equal to the correct number of bytes (988.807.168), so you're good to go :)

Take the NON-dev version (so, the second one). The dev version is intended for devs, and if you install it, you won't be able to access the eShop until you reinstall the regular version.

Edit: I should have mentioned this earlier, but you should use the latest build from here to avoid having issues with going online on 11.0.

"23. Go through initial setup without linking your Nintendo Network ID, you want it to remain linked only to RedNAND to prevent issues"

Does this mean don't connect to WiFi?

I connected it to WiFi and came up with an error, now i cant boot into homebrew, what do i do?

No, it just means that you should NOT link your Nintendo Network ID to the console, you can connect to Wi-Fi just fine.

As for you not being able to boot to the Homebrew Launcher, it is not an issue, it's just how it should be.

24. Reinstall menuhax on SysNAND as the format will have removed it

Now you have to reinstall menuhax by doing the Part 1 again. You can skip the date change thing as it is not needed on 9.2.

You mean the light on the console's LED? That's for SpotPass usually. If it's on the screen, it happens when loading the *hax.

Try changing the date as suggested on the guide's Part 1.

Edit: good news, the *hax do not always have a 100% boot rate, so sometimes one has to try a few times.

Menuhax comes up with a theme error, was i meant to change themes again?

Again sorry for all the noob questions!!

27. If you do not see "Emu" in front of the version number, then you are not on RedNAND. DO NOT UPDATE, FIND WHAT WENT WRONG

I Dont have Emu in front of my verson 9.2 D: I dont know what i did wrong :s

For Menuhax, yes you have to switch themes 2 or 3 times before installing or it won't work.

For the "Emu" in System settings:
Once you exit System Settings / SD Card Management you will be returned to SysNAND, make sure to enter back into RedNAND before updating!

Did you exit the system settings before reentering?

Did you activate "Show current NAND in System Settings" in Luma3DS settings?

Don't worry about the questions, better be sure you are doing right! ;)

Yes i did and tried 5 times, but i think Luma is the problem here. Luma never works unless i hold select. Then when i push start in Luma Menu, it go's to the homepage and in system settings it keep saying Ver. 9.2.0-20E With no Emu in front still :(

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Sometimes it comes up with Sys infront of the version but never Emu :'(

If you see the regular homepage, it does not mean that Luma3DS is not working. Luma (and CFWs in general) does not modify the visual aspect of the 3DS, it's a set of system patches that enhance the system.

Now, the "Ver. 9.2.0-20E" is kinda weird if you already have the option selected.

If you exit the settings after seeing "Ver. 9.2.0-20E", does it show "Sys 9.2.0-20E" instead?

EDIT: Oh, so it does show "Sys" when you are on SysNAND. I remember having this problem with the 2nd N3DS that I had set up, but I don't remember what I did. I think I just updated when it wasn't showing "Sys" and it worked, but can't remember exactly. Should have taken notes back then. :(

It always shows Ver 9.2.0-2E Unless i go to Luma and not push anything, it auto loads the homepage without seeing the Luma Menu. That's the only time i get to see "Sys". When i close and re open it go's back to normal Ver. 9.2.0-20E and NEVER shows Emu.

It must be a problem with Luma somehow.

I have the first one "Autoboot SysNAND" and "Show Current NAND in System Settings" Only. And i repeat i can only see that menu while i hold select or it will skip it and load the hompage.

EDIT: You are V5.2 I'm 5.4 :3

Disable the "Autoboot SysNAND" one?

That's what I thought, try disabling "Autoboot SysNAND" as @Tenshi_Okami already suggested.

P.S.: The screenshot is not from me, it's from the official wiki. I'm on 5.4 too and did the setup on 5.4, FWIW. It shouldn't be important though.

I have yet to setup Luma3DS, but I would assume "Autoboot SysNAND" would...automatically boot sysNAND. Therefore, you wouldn't see "Emu" in your version string, because you're not in emuNAND. You're in sysNAND.

Also, ninja'd. I know.
