Yes, as long as you have the key for that game. Telling you where to obtain the key is illegal, so I won't do that, but yes, you can.
Ok and if I have the key for the game, how do I need to name it? Can I just make a text file with the key inside?

Get a HEX file editor and paste the hex code you have into an empty .bin file, then save it.
NUS-Grabber won't load up for me.
CDecrypt hangs up for MSVCR120.dll, and NUSGrabber hangs up for MSVCP140.dll.
I switched recently to an outdated system, but I installed latest Visual C++ and .NET Framework.

Did you install the correct version of Visual C++? You need to get the x86 version, NOT the x64 version.
I made a title.tik copying the NUS key in notepad and changed .txt to .tik. Also I made the ckey.bin by hex editor.
It says 'Title successfully decrypted', but how I use this "decrypted update" on Cemu?
hi all just downloaded this tool and have downloaded a few updates for my games.the problem is that when i try to decrypt the files it need the wiiu common key which i have but only in text format and this prog requires it in .bin extension.is there a way i can change the text to .bin extension?
Copy the common key into a empty project of hex editor, the name your file ckey.bin.
No I wanted the bin file but iv'e already done it using hex editor. Thanks for replying though.

@FoxMcloud5655 would you be able to download Super Mario Maker levels with a modified version of this? I've skimmed through the code but I can't seem to find the spot were you connect to Nintendo's servers. I know the worked required to do this would be challenging (Finding the servers the levels are on, sending the correct format for a request for a level, any encryption/decryption involved). But if this could be possible it would be awesome to see and I know quite a few people who would use this functionality like crazy (me included).

If you use the original disk, I think that levels aren't downloaded in Wii U's memory
