Cool. Thanks. I'll give it a shot and report back. Been working on this to exhaustion. Hoping for a breakthrough.

xampp hosting seems way more stable than the portable clients in the tutorial at least.
i thought playload532 only works on 5.3.2?Yep. It tries to load the payload532.html, get about halfway loading, and whole system freezes.

Did you copy everything from folder B to the root of your SD card?I did the reset option from within the browser. Inside the browser settings.
I do too. Just as long as you have the wiiu folder in the root.Yep. I have some vWii stuff on there as well in different folders. Not sure if there's a conflict.
yep, just double checked.
Are you certain that you haven't accidentally updated to 5.5.1? Do a hard reboot and see if you can access the eshop right away (without going to the browser). It's a tough problem. I've rebooted, rewritten the cache, and anything else so many times over. I've had it ever since the exploit was updated to work with 5.4.0. Haven't been able to play Splatoon in all this time. Maybe I'll see if I can find and try a different sd card for lack of anything better.
