Gameyeeeah has a US store:http://us.gameyeeeah.com/m3-lite-adapter-p-9.html.
It does say that it comes with the GBA shell, but I would ask them first, just to make sure.

yea, somebody already referred me to that site and it might be my last choice seeing as how I really dont want to deal with customs

I've ordered 2 m3 Lites from modchipstore.com and they both came with all te lite shells and a gba cart shell. Theis also in the US.
