just get cubic ninja or oot with powersaves or sky3ds if your freind does have oot you would just need 15 dollar powersaves.

or a friend with a 3ds with ability to run homebrews

Yeah it is a good backup plan if your 3ds soft bricks and you have to update it to latest you could still play some games.

well, then buy a sky3ds or... try to find someone with a sky3ds/oot/cubicninja here in GBATemp living near to you and talk to him. He/she can help you and install the homebrew launcher for you, then you can go back to your home and do the rest.

What could I do to downgrade the O3DS?
