So it worked for me in 2 of the 15 times I tried :) INstalling some as I write this but it's really taking a lot of time.
If I wanna exit NASA after instaling a CIA, what do I need to do? What do I need to press to exit savely?

Power button ahah
If it is installed then you can shutdown the console and power it back without any problem ^^

NASA V.1.0

NASA is a CIA Manager based on latest source of Big Red Menu ideated for everyone stucked on fw >= 9.3.
It uses libSu to get access to required services for LEGIT CIAs installation and it has a cool bootrate.

CONTROLS:

Imported Contents:
Digital Pad = Navigate through titles
A = Uninstall a title
Select = Go to Filebrowser

Filebrowser:
Digital Pad = Navigate through folders
A = Install a CIA / Open a Directory
Y = Install a CIA and delete the CIA file after installation
L = Enable / Disable Security Mode
Select = Go to Imported Contents

DISCLAIMER: NASA boots on IMPORTED CONTENTS first so DON'T DELETE NAND TITLES IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT ARE YOU DOING. YOU CAN HARDBRICK YOUR CONSOLE IF YOU DELETE ESSENTIAL NAND CONTENTS!!!!

FAQ

Q) Free Space reported by NASA is wrong and i can't install a CIA file, what can i do?
A) Disable Security Mode.

Q) I want to use NASA on my fw <= 9.2 system, what can i do?
A) There are better CIA managers for these versions like FBI, i suggest you to use one of them.

I got it to work. I went to the install screen and installed all of the games. They didn't show up on the menu. I went to get different games but I couldn't get it to load again, WiFi enabled, disabled, tried ironhax , and menuhax. I just get a black screen. Any help?

Serious question: Since installing Legit CIA would also somehow tie the games to the NNID(?) account when you link one, does this pose a risk of getting banned?

Does anyone else have issues where NASA Freezes when installing CIA's? I can get it to start, but then freezes.. N3DS with Wifi Off.

Then turn the wifi on. That's what people say. If it was able to install some, try to look up on Eshop. wheter you can download there.

Seriously is this working for anyone??? Please reply.
Yes it worked for me first go. Unlike FBI which only worked once out of hundreds and hundreds of tries. Why don't you try using the first NASA released that had no GUI, check in the thread about FBI (it will be in the last ten pages). This one also worked for me first try. The only downside is you can only install one at a time (have to call your cia nasa.cia).

I found that once I got it to boot once, every other time after the initial boot, it would boot successfully (no black screen).

Also I was looking around the Imported Contents to see what was all there (while making sure I wasn't uninstalling anything). I found this SpongeBob HeroPants. I've never played or installed this on my 3DS ever. I can't find it in my 3ds data management either. Anyone have an idea what this is?
