That's been in chrome for the last 2 months. Here are some things to enable to make chrome faster and use the Material UI from android.
chrome://flags/#enable-fast-unload
chrome://flags/#enable-alternative-services
chrome://flags/#top-chrome-md
chrome://flags/#enable-download-resumption
chrome://flags/#enable-offline-auto-reload
chrome://flags/#enable-offline-auto-reload-visible-only
chrome://flags/#enable-session-crashed-bubble
chrome://flags/#enable-pdf-material-ui
chrome://flags/#enable-extension-action-redesign
chrome://flags/#enable-md-downloads
chrome://flags/#enable-tab-discarding
Set both these options to "Fast"
chrome://flags/#tab-capture-upscale-quality
chrome://flags/#tab-capture-downscale-quality
This one is completely optional I find chrome runs faster when settings is run in it's own window
chrome://flags/#enable-settings-window
Use this flag if you have an external sound card i.e PCI/PCI-e/USB Sound cards. This flag will allow you to use your Sound card driver to it's fullest extent
chrome://flags/#try-supported-channel-layouts
Use this flag to enable beta Flash player
http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/flashplayer.html set it to "All Plugins". The Beta Flash Player will also speed up videos in the Steam game client if you use it. Steam web browser is built from Webkit which is where chrome/chromium is built from
chrome://flags/#enable-ppapi-win32k-lockdown
