TUTORIAL | Do not be banned from Miiverse

You are banned from Miiverse ? I found the solution to not get banned easily!
It's very simple, I tested my discovery on five consoles of Nintendo 3DS family, and it works without any problems. If you do this tutorial, you are debanned of Miiverse, so... Try !

TUTORIAL:
1) Go to the Nintendo eShop.
2) Download "Nintendo Arcade Badge".
3) Launch "Nintendo Arcade Badge".
4) In the hall of the software, go to the "Miiverse".
5) Post a message from the "Publish" button on the touch screen.

I posted pictures of my AC:NL game after I fucked up my town while using the RAM editor and I didn't get banned or anything, however I think some MiiVerse members were heckling me for being a h4x0r

I got a warning once for criticizing a Nintendo game for something, I don't even remember about which game, and got it taken down on a count of "hateful or bullying content". I clicked the contest button and clicked "This post does not contain hateful or bullying content" and a day later got the "whoops sorry! your message has been reposted" message.

Heh. I got my save data deleted on a game. i posted "WTF JUST HAPPENED" and it got taken down.
I said I was not breaking the rules. They have yet to respond.

    Agreed, that why I try to buy all my games on disc, Xbox anyways. Switch games (which I pirate tbh) don't matter much, I stay offline 24/7 anyways.

    @BakerMan - you can still "own" digital media, arguably easier and better than physical since you can make copies and backups, as much as you like.

    The issue is DRM

    You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60
