Okay cool. So I went into the bubble and its giving me this black screen with what looks like a directory. ms0: /PSP/SAVEDATA/

What should I do now? Is my Vita officially a CFW now?

thats what ark looks like but i personally use onemenu v2 instead it has a more user friendly look to it, if thats what you want heres what you should do:

goto PSAVEDATA\xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx\ARK_01234 on your pc
download onemenuv2R1Test and extract it
then copy the files to the ARK_01234 folder
reload the database on Qcma
then copy the ark folder over to your vita
restart your vita

you should now have onemenu v2 on your vita instead of ark i also included pspfiler and vitaftp on it so just press down until you see the zip files and click them to install them and they should show up in the homebrew section.

on that version you can also press select to bring up a builtin file explorer

Thank you Razor. Still, I'm use to PSP CFW when you jailbreak it your system information would have "CFW" to make it official. I'm not sure at what point does my VITA go from Official to CFW. Also, now that I accomplished getting ARK onto my system, what are the next steps I should take? Should I, hell, can I start working with the Pet Saddle Club demo TN-V now that I have the ARK bubble?

Can I now have PSX and PSP games on my VITA via CSO's?

So many questions haha

It's asking me if I want to overwrite the saved data...does it always ask this when you re-copy content in the ARK folder?

You've been such a GREAT help so far Razor thanks SO much. Now I'm trying to install TN-V now using your guide. These parts of the list has me completely dumbfounded:

6. Connect To Vita Through Your Computer Or Something Like FlashFXP
7. Navigate To PSAVEDATA\xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx\TNV_00000 On Your PC
8. Navigate To PSP\GAME\NPUH90024 On Your Vita
9. Transfer The TNV_00000\PBOOT.PBP To PSP\GAME\NPUH90024 On Your Vita
10. Backup Pet Saddle Club Demo To PC Using Qcma
11. Restart Vita You Should Now Have TN-V And ARK Bubbles On Your Vita

I followed the other steps up to this point. What do you mean specifically about connecting VITA through my computer?? I've never done anything like that before.

Alright I have BOTH bubbles officially now! YES! This is amazing. Does TN-V have a custom menu as well?

when you launch tn-v for the first time hold down R then it will bring a recovery menu up then select advanced then select install 6.60 files once thats done click on exit (on the recovery menu) and it will boot up like a psp then dont forget to install game2vhbl.prx in order for you to switch between homebrew and psx games.

to launch a psx game goto it press triangle then square to arrange into groups then go down to Playstation and launch your psx game from there and it should boot

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

once your all done and dusted make sure you download and backup LocoRoco Midnight Carnival Demo even if your not gonna use it because it seems to be the last psp demo you can get to use for a custom bubble, once its backed up to your pc you can delete it off your vita

wow nostalgic! Okay...everything's completed. I think I'm officially a part of the community again!

Thank you TONS Razor for taking the time and having the patience of helping me out!

One final thing I'd like help with if you don't mind!

Since this is running off PSP does that mean I can use PSP Emulators on TNV like SNEX9X? And what of PSX and PSP games? Can you tell me how that process works?

ftp psp isos/csos to the ISO folder on the root of your ms0 and play them with onemenu ps1 games need to be in eboot format so either download them as eboot.pbps or convert ps1 isos to eboot with psx2psp and rename the eboot to fboot and they go in ms0:/PSP/VHBL in a folder like for example ms0:/PSP/VHBL/SLES01301/FBOOT.PBP thats my ps1 soul reaver game and you play those with tn-v as for emulators they are fine to play through onemenu if they work but i havent really tryed any.

remember when playing a ps1 game on tn-v you have to press triangle on it and then square to sort into groups then goto Playstation and your ps1 games will be there and you will be able to play them thats if you remembered to add game2vhbl.prx to tn-v

[QUOTE="RazorX2014, post: 5750802, melet me write a little guide for you:

ARK Bubble:
1. Download And Install Mimana Iyar Chronicle
2. Download FW355_Mimana_US_ARK_installer.zip And Extract It
3. Copy ARK_01234 And ULUS10492DATA 0 To PSAVEDATA\xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
4. Reload Qcma's Database And Copy Both Save Folders To The Vita
5. Launch Mimana Iyar Chronicle And Load The Game Save Then Press Triangle To Bring Up Menu And Go To Settings Then Party And Wait 3 Seconds Then Go Back To Positions, If Not Done In That Order Then The Exploit Will Not Work.

You Should See 1 of 3 Colors:
Red (failed to open pboot)
Yellow (failed to install pboot),
Green (successful).

If It Flashes Green Then Backup The Mimana Iyar Chronicle Game To Your PC Via Qcma Then Restore It Back To Your Vita.
You Should Now See ARK Where Mimana Iyar Chronicle Was Previously.

TN-V Bubble:
1. Download And Install Pet Saddle Club Demo And Run It Once
2. Download And Extract FW352_TN-V11_bubble.zip
2a. Download 6.60 Eboot And Extract It To TNV_00000 And Rename It To 660.PBP
3. Copy TNV_00000 To PSAVEDATA\xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
4. Reload Qcma's Database And Copy The TNV_00000 Folder To The Vita
5. Add And Run VitaFTP On ARK
6. Connect To Vita Through Your Computer Or Something Like FlashFXP
7. Navigate To PSAVEDATA\xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx\TNV_00000 On Your PC
8. Navigate To PSP\GAME\NPUH90024 On Your Vita
9. Transfer The TNV_00000\PBOOT.PBP To PSP\GAME\NPUH90024 On Your Vita
10. Backup Pet Saddle Club Demo To PC Using Qcma
11. Restart Vita You Should Now Have TN-V And ARK Bubbles On Your Vita

Now Follow The TN-V Guide As To Set It Up Also Be Sure To Add game2vhbl
Enjoy..

After I Had ARK Setup I Changed It Too onemenuv2 But Thats Up To You To Decide Dont Download The One From That Link Though If You Do Want It Download This One onemenuv2R1Test It Has A Built-in Explorer So You Dont Need PSP Filer, To Install It Just Extract It And Copy The Content Into PSAVEDATA\xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx\ARK_01234 Then Reload Qcma And Copy The ARK Folder Back To Your Vita Then Restart It And It Should Be Good To Go And To Launch The Explorer You Press Select.

If You Have Anymore Questions Let Me Know..[/QUOTE]
