Gaming 3DS Ban on 9.9 sysnand by using Fake Credit Cards

So where i live there are a lot of people who have their 3ds banned by using fake credit cards and im here to discuss about this i have 1 question at all

Does formating the consola(and yeah you lose the games) make you able to access to the eshop again and play everything legal i think because its another nnid

Depends on whether the ban was only the NNID or the entire console. If it's only the NNID that got banned you're fine, but if it the latter eehhhh... well, you're screwed. BTW CC fraud is not a small thing and I doubt they only banned the NNID.

The only way you'll know for sure is if you format the 3DS and unlink the NNID. No other way to find out.

may I say something? 1) how stupid can you be to use CC fraud (I hope you get caught imo) 2 I feel piracy is less of a crime (though still a crime) then cc fraud cause it doesn't affect just Nintendo it affects the CC company, and the person who the CC is attached to,I know I'm being an ass but I hope Mexico detains you bub (unless they have loose CC fraud laws which wouldn't supprise me one bit with the drug lords and Traffickers there

i know but i still want to help them because they don´t know anything about the 3ds scene
and some people want to use ironhax but they have their 3ds banned and they can´t use the eshop to download ironfall

this is soo, so sad to read, I'm from México and this makes me feel really bad and some kind of angry... some years ago one of my 3DS got stolen.
this kind of people give us a bad image to the rest of the world... I hope those people get what they deserve and learn the lesson

Yeah they do this because they don´t know and want 3ds games for free sometimes they sell their banned 3ds saying that it has a lot of games without saying that is banned and they buy it

EDIT:It seems that you can get unbaned by calling nintendo but i don´t know what they ask and they absolutly erase all your games

Unfortunately, I met with a thief on the public bus (Something, Painfully, common in México) and he stole many thing from the people on the bus... The bad side of this is that I've bought that 3DS for my nicies, and I take it to got some Streetpasses, in that past when we didn't have Homepass.

Thats why i don´t like to leave my house but i always walk i don´t use the bus because i live in a little city where nobody know english only some people know about 3DS they call everything nintendo even a xbox consloe they say that is a nintendo xbox

If you really want to help your friends, you should advise them to buy brand new 3ds's and not to resort to credit card fraud for their gaming habit. Honestly they deserve to be locked up for this. Its identity theft,and theft against the the credit card company.


Do you have any idea how long it takes someone to prove charges under their name were fraudulent, not to mention the money spent on legal advice and everything else.

I would ditch your friends and get some new ones before you get caught up in this mess...

iirc once the console is banned for CC fraud you cant even format the system....and i guess even if you did it would probably remain banned
