This is just me, but I use it so that I don't end up blocking all of Nintendo's stuff for all the house. That way I don't have to go somewhere else to update my 3DS emuNAND or download things from the NUS on my computerAny reason why you guys are using openDNS that sounds unreliable and a pain to setup instead of PsvProxy modified to block all of Nintendos update servers?
PsvProxy works like a charm and is ready to start blocking right away, seems like the better choice to me.
PsvProxy only blocks the Nintendo servers from consoles that connect to the internet through the computer with the PsvProxy running, so it would only block consoles that are setup to be blocked not any console connected to the internet. This is just me, but I use it so that I don't end up blocking all of Nintendo's stuff for all the house. I'll look into it when I get home then Thanks for the infos!PsvProxy only blocks the Nintendo servers from consoles that connect to the internet through the computer with the PsvProxy running, so it would only block consoles that are setup to be blocked not any console connected to the internet.

Both of these file contain the title id.Is the titleid saved in cetk or tmd?
The TitleID seems to be saved in the Header of the TMD:Is the titleid saved in cetk or tmd?
Also in the header of the TMD, as you can see above. hehMy mistake I meant title version!
Is the titleversion saved in cetk or tmd?
I don't think any of them do, you just have to guess. My mistake I meant title version!
wow you guys rocks! but I have a question, do you all have the kernel exploit already? or everything at this point is just in user land mode?
You need to emulate the whole NUS server I believe for that. There is some SSL or stuff going on, that the Nintendo Console it self checks. When I forward this url nus.cdn.shop.wii.com/ccs/download/000500301001220A to my local webserver and place the files from the old browser on it .
Would I'm able to update to the lastest version with old browser?
It uses HTTP/1.1You need to emulate the whole NUS server I believe for that. There is some SSL or stuff going on, that the Nintendo Console it self checks.
I've only read that before, I am not sure and cannot verify.
Well, it seemed possible to me in the Wii/3DS era too, but it didn't seem to be the case.It uses HTTP/1.1
Too bad we don't have a working hard-mod yet in public. I got all the wires hooked up, but the SD Card reader doesn't show up in dd/win32 disk imager.
Already tested by RyujiAndy. See the comments below the tutorial:
