If you mass remove all the other repeated letters (again "N", "I", "D", "C" and "E") you get "XORPA 3S OEAME" where obviously "3S OEAME" means HL3 is confirmed is just the result of "3DS CODENAME" being a victim of mass removal of letters.

So there you go, about as much info as I've got, go nuts.

I could theoretically, but that jumbled mess of chars really is what there is. You can reconstruct it from that if you wanted, though that's silly. That phrase with those chars mixed in at that length, one line.

If we can decrypt the nand then we could flash the 3ds with completly custom FW that lauch on boot
and we would even be able to hack any firmware version and nintendo could do nothing about it

just because emunand support is added does not mean that sysnand suddenly loses support for gba and dsi

Yeah anyone saying "emuNAND" is not important; you can just never use emuNAND. I personally would use both. sysNAND for DSiWare and GBA, and sysNAND for firmware updates (amiibo support) and newer games.

before, I said that fully hacking every 3DS on any firmware did require 4 private keys.
With a basic trick I found, it only requires one.

Maybe it has something to do with tis post...
