how else are people going to change there region if they don't ask?

how else are people going to download roms if they don't ask? -- the point is you cannot ask!
and hmm, i'm not sure about these files, i wouldn't say they have any nintendo code in them, but, just like we are not allowed to share header files on gbatemp anymore (right?) - i don't see why we should allow people who want to check out jp shop, asking for someone's serial/unique id file.
i would not ever want to share mine, i'm pretty sure that is the id that nintendo use to ban people :D i could share my complete collection of all 6 region secureinfo_a files, but i would not want to take a risk that someone would cheat/hack/use a public game header, whatever, and get the id banned

The staff made their position clear on asking for this stuff earlier today:

Upon review we have to agree. While we're glad this swap seems to be working out well for the participants, we don't think this should become commonplace, as there's too much room for one person to screw over another either by malice or by mistake.
Therefore we cannot recommend people take part in NAND-swapping, and we won't be allowing further threads like this one.

Thanks,

But I updated my Japanese EmuNAND and the duplicated titles are gone. But I have another problem: I can't access the eShop. It just gives an error code (The error code was 007-2001) I made another Nintendo Network ID for that EmuNAND and everything! Can you please help? :(

NOTE: I used rxtools.

yes, in rxtools there is no region free (right?) - so you will not see the duplicated titles. but they will be there.
getting eshop working is weird, sometimes it just works, other times it does not, there is a guide i have posted a few places to try and make it work, it worked for a few people.
it's in my thread somewhere - https://gbatemp.net/threads/poc-3ds-region-changing-proof.378110/

I saw that.

I tried to get Card B working by Formatting the EmuNAND in the EmuNAND (Using System Settings), and I unlinked my NNID. But when I tried to get Card A working, as soon as I went to the eShop, it told me an error code. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! Don't know why... I was VERY mad into formatting Card B, so I wish I could go back in time to stop me from doing it, but no. TIME TRAVEL is not possible! I guess Nintendo Network IDs are solely meant for one 3DS console...

Any other methods? :(

I try to explain e-shop access issue: after first e-shop access (very first since purchase) it registers your system (not by serial number) on Nintendo servers (it includes e-shop region flag).

cearp's trick working by resetting your console info on Nintendo server after you try to access it without NNID. It only resets it for next first login and, unfortunately, doesn't clears region flag.

In simple words: if you never accessed e-shop before region changing it will work as is after region change. If you use NNID removing trick it may or may not work (depends on your original/destination region settings and mostly doesn't work for EUR).

Well, after 4 years of my 3DS:

- Having legit games like maybe 100 games
- Looking on the USA eShop
- Inspired by the Japanese eShop and wanting to see it for the first time

I don't get a chance...? Well, you DID say it may work...

DESTINATION REGION SETTINGS: United States, Kentucky

You should take closer look on error itself. If you getting "0055 602" error on you regionswapped nand that means cearp's trick succeed, but you out of luck. Every other error means you failed and should try again.
Powering off 3DS in right time is very important, since after you try access e-shop without nnid it sends request to Nintendo server to reset info on next login (next login re-registers system) and well... if your next login will be from same nand you need to do whole thing over again (creating nnid, removing nniid). Write down errors, they are important. There is specific error when it sends reset request as well.

I know, but right now, I am Formatting another EmuNAND onto a random SD Card. I am thinking Card A is optional, so Card B will have the NNID error, and Card C (Which is my Japanese EmuNAND), it will work, right?

I bolded the error, I don't remember that error. I'll check and see if that's the error for my eShop USA CIA EmuNAND soon. The things done while I was writing this anyway.

The error I get for connecting with my Nintendo Network ID for one of my EmuNANDs is 022-2634.

Which reminds me... how many seconds do I have to wait on the eShop loading screen to power it off?

What's the point of "confirming" games you know will get released. Like Nintendo "confirming" a Zelda sequel. "We can't be sure Nintendo is working on a new Zelda game, or if a new Zelda game will ever be released, until they officially confirm it."
