Maybe in 2015 they'll add some Club Nintendo exclusive Video Game CDs, GameCube controllers and Amiibos.

I really hope they don't make exclusive Club Nintendo games anymore (e.g. Game & Watch Collection for Nintendo DS). And do we really need even more GameCube controllers? I'd much rather have equal opportunity as everyone else in buying amiibo as well. Exclusive amiibo is not good no matter what way you slice it. You see, there's no official Club Nintendo in Finland. I've had to register as a UK member with a random UK hotel as my address and whenever I'm planning to get physical goods from Club Nintendo, I ask a friend in advance if I can have the item(s) shipped to them so they can forward the shipment to me. If Club Nintendo gets exclusive games, controllers, amiibo, etc. then many people like me can't get them easily. You have it easy since you live in the UK.

*sigh* Club Nintendo website doesn't seem to be working properly as of now and I have 2x250 points to register but it can wait, anyway.

Sucks to be you. Really Nintendo should set club Nintendo by region (like pal,na and what not) rather than by country.

The (un)funny part is that new games in Finland come with Club Nintendo registration cards. But you can't register them! Oh, Nintendo...

Even in the usa the club n is flawed for example alot of people were pissed when last years gold and plat were all eshop games and no physical rewards

Alot of that seems cool but i see what you meann. This is what we get also the cards and grill off have been available for more than 3 months

I got sucked into this thinking that those 300-ish points on my account would be gone through with a purchase of a £3 game but nope it's just like you say. As such, nope not happening.



You can buy Nintendo Points to use on the eShop and I think that's what I'm gonna do since there's really nothing more interesting.



The Game & Watch Ball, is it worth it? That costs 7500 points and since I'm close to having that same amount perhaps I'd go for it but then again I'd bankrupt my Club Nintendo.

I have one of those myself, I actually changed the battery in it last week. I also just ordered my second 18-game case (The Legend of Zelda one), as I got one when they first came out. The fact that it stores DS and 3DS game cards is nice, because I don't need to get a bazillion game card holders. I'm waiting for it to arrive, I'm predicting it'll arrive next week, since Nintendo's Canada location isn't too far from me.

Speaking of which, this topic reminded me about the Deluxe Digital Promotion, so I went and checked what I had, and to my surprise, I had $15 in codes waiting to be used. I might treat myself to a game or two perhaps and have a few new games for the New Year.

Edit: Europeans are lucky though. You guys got freaking Mario Kart Trophies a few years ago. We only got the playing cards as a year-end gift (Limited time thing) that you can get at any time. I did get the cards, but I'd like to get another set so I can preserve them. Plus Grill Off is really boring. It's been available for years and it gets really old really fast.

Europe sometimes gets nicer stuff than US does, for example, the Mario 3D World OST CD which I don't remember the US getting.

It's very cheaply made, doesn't even do original Game & Watch games justice (I've got Oil Panic!). If you don't want to bankrupt your Club Nintendo, I've seen eBay sellers getting rid of these things for as low as 20 euros. They had a high price at first, but when the item came available in all regions, the price went down significantly.

The reisseu af the G&W Ball game is an excellent reproduction.
Even the carton box has undergone an aging process to match the original 80's packaging.

No IDEA where you got the fact it is made cheaply, the production I have in my hand is TOP NOTCH!

REALLY SUPER HIGH Quality my friend.
No sharp corners etc, no rough edged on the plastic, artwork and text is perfect, so is the brusched metal and LCD display.
Every G&W Ball has it;s own serial number, with a nice Club Nintendo Logo to boot.

Excellent value if you are a collector.

So I now have 8k Nintendo Points and yet nothing on the Club Nintendo looks to be of my interest.. this sucks, I think that there's also a limit to how many points one can have on his/her account, it's like 10k.

Thinking about it now, I'd have ordered the Kirby Triple Deluxe CD now if it were still available.

No, but a friend has an original one.
And we collect together.
Only missing Flagman and a few newer color versions.

But, this is why I do not understand your comparison.
Oil panic is one of the dual screen Game & watch games. And 12 years older than BALL.
Construction is completely different and so are MOST Game & watch games.
Trust me the Ball Reisseu is SPOT ON.
And maybe even more collectable if not surpassing the 250.000 mark.
