If you are able to launch a wad manager via smashstack, what's stopping you from installing IOS36 or similar? Or deleting the bad IOS58?
Everytime I try to install any wads it gives me a error.
Does anyone know if the retail version of Wii Sports Club has system update 5.0 on the disc? I still haven't found a way to fix this issue.
Wii Sports Club has 4.1.0
Did you read through this entire thread?(it's almost identical to your problem)

Try SysCheck or Alternate SysCheck that skips 1 IOS (if you tell it which 1).
TitleLister
DumpMiiNNand (if you can't read from the NAND you most likely won't be able to write/delete from it.)
Inspectmii
Hackmii installer logs (if any)
If All fails last part of thread is current option/choices.
At what point does it crash?I tried all of the above. "Syscheck" crashes back to the Wii menu.
How long are you waiting before deciding that it's frozen?"Titlelister" does work but freezes and doesn't make a log on my SD. (I'll try to take screenshots) "DumpMiiNNand" boots up but gets stuck and freezes on loading IOS254. (I do not have IOS254 installed) "Inspectmii" loads perfectly but doesn't seem to give me any info on ios status.
This has to be one of the biggest technical mistakes I have ever made. The main problem is that my Wii U will not update, just flat out refuses. I have tried so many times that I cant count.Usually it takes 30 minutes or so to download and when it goes to install I get error code 162-3006 every. single. time.
