I've already uploaded the new 2.5 Beta there with all the new features. No 3D-Conversion and Progressbar for now, but that will come during the next days. Please test it out because I expect many new bugs.

Isn't the would point conversion? How and what would we be testing?
Testing would be simply converting your videos and reporting any errors. Sorry it's 2D only for now but 3D will come back soon. (Maybe tomorrow)
I'd love to test, but... there's no test option (convert x seconds). I do not want to do a full convert just to test because my laptop takes around 1.5hrs of the video duration. Suffice to say, it takes too long just for a test run.
I really hope that option pops up.
EDIT: Okay, tested it. Output had a black border on all sides, and only the first clip came out (I was expecting many, since it's an anime film). File name was NIN_01, which means I still have to add two zeroes to it. Would be kind of annoying for working with multiple clips. Audio is fine, subs are there (yes! very clear too, and just the right size). The subs look great, and I was surprised that it supported advanced subs, like those fancy subs that had their own font and placement (the movie I was using used those, and when Japanese text appeared, a sub appeared relatively near to it). So that's a definite plus. Problem is, it picked the first option for both -- and both audio and subs had French up first, with English second. Naturally, it came up with French audio and French subs (which, oddly, didn't match, but that's source related).
So yes, we'll need that selector. But for the most part, it would work just fine for MKVs that have English audio/subs set as default, or those with only one audio/sub.
Also, it apparently does not clean up after itself? It made a 2GB video file inside its directory, which I'm guessing is a pre-conversion that gets chopped up later. In my instance, it did not get chopped up; I only got the first 10 minute clip (and it's exactly 10:00, not 9:59 like what SifJar's converter does). I dunno what happened there, maybe part of it's my bad. I didn't touch any other settings, except the number of cores.
I still have to try the output on my 3DS. There are just things I noticed from the overall process.
I hope that helps. That's what I noticed for the most part though.
