Gaming Game Informer Gives Skyward Sword 10/10

lol well cmon if the games is no good is not good that why Sonic generations got like a 6.5

I just remember people saying Game Informer was trash and terrible when they gave it a 6.5 (even though Eurogamer gave it a 7 and the average is around 76% for the game) and even wrote them off as "worse than IGN". Now they're giving a widely anticipated game a 10/10 and I'm sure people will be repainting the hate train to become the praise train.

I remember saying the person who reviewed it was trash, not game informer.

I have nothing againts GI as a whole, but that one reviewer in particular is horrible.

I'm one of the few people that doesn't judge the company as a whole, but rather the individual, I myself understand that reviews are done by different people in the company, and if that wasnt the case, then there shouldn't be reviews in the first.place.

Sonic Generations is not a 6.5 game, its not a broken game, and while its short, plays a lot better than games like call of duty.

Gamers who buy into reviews I seriously want to punch in the face. Play the game yourself and if it's good then buy it, why trust someone elses opinion when yours is the only one that counts?

funny I've heard its the biggest Zelda to date! Hell, SS just nocked Skyrim to number two spot on 1up.com, I remember just yesterday SS was number 8 on 1up.com and now its number 1. I think its got an amazing chance to get Game of the Year award.

Game Informer rates games will high attention highly so you will go into Gamestop and buy it.

Idk, the first MW was actually a decent game, I had a lot of fun with it. I just lost my respect for IW when they decided they'd keep releasing the same game w/ little to no improvements every year. Not to mention the whole lack of a dedicated server thing w/ MW2

No one broke any rules in the last thread. We were deliberately (and IMO successfully) self-moderating ourselves.

Back on topic, I also have my copy paid off and these review scores definitely make me feel good about my purchase. Although I'm sure not many people expected much less of a console Zelda. I'm assuming everyone is buying at launch, is anyone here waiting until later to buy this game?

Indeed. If you pre ordered the game, it comes with a golden Wii Remote Plus, which has Wii Motion Plus built in. If not, you can just buy the add-on to the Wii Remote.

You need motion+. Whether it's through the addon or through the Wii Remote+ doesn't really matter.
