Yea but not mixed together obv, warm soup and drink cold 7-up. it helps really.

Americans actually stole from Canada we use ginger ale but it's top secret only the low income people know about this.

Like, not just any cold grape/lime soda, no, must be 7-up.

Really gotta try it next time I get sick. I'm guessing must be thermal shock what kills the viral infection, or at the very least, helps expel phlegm or something.

Nuh it can be any carbonated soda, like ginger ale, but the Lemon-lime ones are better - Sprite, Slice, Squirt, Faygo

Chicken noodle soup is nice, but we didnt always have that when I was growing up. We used straight chicken broth as a substitute. I would just put it in a cup and slowly drink it. Carbonated drinks, such as stated above, work well too. Saltine crackers were nice, when we had them. I would break them up and sprinkle them over the chicken noodle soup. That was heaven. Lots of gaming when I'm sick. I would stuff tissue paper up my nose so it would stop running and wouldnt drip on my controller.
