The generalized steps would be:
1)Make a cloud save on the legit device
2)login to the account you made the cloud save on, but in the OFW on the modded switch, and restore your cloud save. (This step is to get the save transferred between the two devices)
3)Make a copy of the sysnand to an emunand using hekate (this step is to get your save into the moddable environment)

Yes, there are several modchips that can be used to hack patched and newer Switch units. These include the SX Core, hwfly series, and picofly. You can find these on AliExpress or other resellers.

It depends. Do you think you will always have your Android phone on your person and a USB cable? If not, then an RCMLoader might be a better investment. Also, I cannot recommend any videos because its going to depend on what you use to enter RCM which can vary widely from jigs to paperclips to aluminum foil. RCM also looks identical to a black screen so you won't be able to tell its successful even after watching a video.

The SD card reader is actually quite fragile on the Switch so its recommended to not use more than 1 SD card per console for fear of breaking it.

That user you quoted hasn't logged on for 2 months so you probably won't get a response from him. Have you verified that your SD card is not fake?

The corruption is not rare at all. If you look around, you will find a plethora of threads about people experiencing corruption on exFAT. Even leading developers on Switch hacking highly dissuade against using it. Some hacks don't even support exFAT such as Lakka. There is absolutely no reason to use exFAT on the Switch; it is objectively inferior to FAT32. Also your CFW and homebrew will also be on the SD card as well as any cheats, mods, or whatever else you download so those will be lost if and when it corrupts if you use exFAT.

As for emuMMC, it can act as a cushion in the event of a brick since you can just remake emuMMC if it gets bricked. If your actual console is bricked, you either need a backup or shell out money for a new unit. It can also let you be on a higher firmware version without updating the actual firmware of your console. These are just a few advantages to using emuMMC.

You need to decrypt and extract the save from the clean switch, but you probably would get banned running CFW on a clean switch.

To install game I've always used TinWoo Installer through the "install over USB" option but now it appears the following message: No USB connection detected, plug in to a compatible device to install over USB.

What it could be?

On my PC I've installed Windows 10 and the version of ns-usb loader is the 4.3 because the 7 is not working.

Check it under Zadig, it will tell you what driver is currently installed for Nintendo switch, alternative you can use other title installer like dbi.

1. If you have file based, there will be a file that is around 29 GB on your SD card. If its partition based, the available space on your SD card will be 29 GB less than the actual SD card's total capacity
2. If your SD card is exFAT, you will have to make a new emuMMC that is FAT32. Otherwise, you can try copying it to another SD card.

You didn't already download them from the eShop on your Switch Lite? If not, then you risk getting banned if you go online since you've already run CFW. However if you're fine with the risk, you can dump your games with nxdumptool once you have installed them.

i was downloading files, a key fike to dump games, among others, got error message then was doing a clean copy and keep getting those messages. sx says am on fw 10.2
it wont let me read cartiges, i deleted the cloud games(nsp) i had on sx they keep apearing on atmos
