Gaming Windows 7 GFxUI has stopped working

Whenever i start my computer it gives me a message say GFxUI has stopped working how can i solve this

sounds as if you have an integrated intel video chip.

go to device manager, locate your display driver, right click and choose properties, select driver tab and click on roll back driver.
if this screws up do the same thing but right click and choose update driver software.

Its ok i fixed it, it apparantly had something to do with the .NET framework

Had the same problem - fixed it by replacing an incorrect/corrupt driver I had and by making the following changes to my gfxui.exe security permissions settings that indeed deal with .NET Framework.
