Windows 10 taskbar randomly flickers/refreshes

It shouldn’t happen quite so often. Once or twice maybe, but not as often as every 20-60 minutes.

Here’s A couple basic commands you can run from command line to check your system health:
Sfc /scannow
Dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

I updated the display drivers, and removed GeForce Experience.
