yea i think we all knew it was possible but it was not expected so thats why so many played online

I imagine that's just what nintendo wanted, maybe a little bit of conspiracy theory from me, but this way they get rid (perma-banning) a lot of the pirates/people with both emunand and a9lh indiscreetly.
Wouldn't really rule out this is one of the reasons they didn't take care of DSiware/hardmod downgrading as of now, either that or they're really that stupid.

yea. its funny. they waited as long as posssible to start banning as possible in order to catch as many as they could. today is when youtubers were allowed to play and upload gameplay. yesterday were the bans. they honestly waited as long as possible.
