Hacking Trying to decide on a 3DS flashcart

i recently buy a dstwo and is like an all i one card(snes emu, gba, free cheat..) but i have to pay 60 buck for it
Anyway if you just wanna play ds games grab a acekard 2i

Cyclo cards are crap. R4i Gold is the best option thanks to wood r4.

+1 R4i Gold 3DS is your best choice for a flash card, second to the DSTwo. It is built better than an Acekard 2i and has faster updates than the Acekard. Acekard once ruled but it's now arguably looking at third place.

The R4i Gold is a bit different than the R4i Gold 3DS, but it should still work the same.

I just bought a 3DS and i need a new card since Cyclo has gone from one of the best to the worst since their disappearing act.

Do both acekard 2i and r4i 3DS require a dsi or dsl to update firmware ? I no longer have access to either of those.

What's a good store that's in Canada ?

I'd get an Ak2i, or DSTWO. Some retailers do the update for you, I know zhuzhuchina does.

Erm AFAIK, they only do the latest update for you when they send it to you. After that, you are pretty much on your own.

EDIT: So just be careful and rmbr to update your Acekard firmware and what not before you update your 3DS. This should answer most of it

Erm AFAIK, they only do the latest update for you when they send it to you. After that, you are pretty much on your own.

EDIT: So just be careful and rmbr to update your Acekard firmware and what not before you update your 3DS. This should answer most of it

Yeah, they'll send it to you ready for 3DS 3.0.0.x then you're on your own...

Really? The website said that the r4i gold works with the 3ds up to version 2.2 something. But mine is 3.0.0.6 =/.

Well I've ended up both. I'm going to sell one and keep the other.
