ROM Hack Transferring save from hacked cfw to clean stock firmware

Hey. I first played pokemon sword on my hacked CFW but recently have decided to just use stock firmware and just buy games. I did create a backup of my Sword save however and that's just sitting on my harddrive. Is there any way I can put this onto my clean firmware. I wouldn't mind reinstalling cfw just to do this.

If its possible, how can this be done?

Edit: For clarification, I do only have on switch, but it is vulnerable to the payload exploit

You have to use a save manager such as Checkpoint, EdiZon, JKSV, etc.
