Stardew Valley save PC to Switch

Hi,
I have the latest version of Stardew Valley on my PC (steam) however I want to transfer that save to my switch (game version 1.5.4.2) , I've tried a dew tutorials where it says that you have to edit the gameversion and restore it with JKSV or Checkpoint but none of that worked for me. Can anyone help me pls?

If you have the latest version on steam. That is likely why it isn’t working

Consoles and mobile still don’t have the new 1.6 update. We won’t be getting it until November 4th
