same problem .... any help
Accounts "linked" using Kefir do not work with the last two or three updates to the NES and SNES apps. There is currently no way around this that I am aware of. It might be possible to copy a legitimate account from a clean NAND to your dirty NAND, but I haven't tried this since I already have a linked account on my dirty NAND from before it was dirtied.

Other than the above, you have two options:
  1. Use older versions of the NES and SNES apps.
  2. Use homebrew emulators, like Retroarch, instead of the two Switch Online apps.

Thanks for the answer
I tried to install an older update, but now it says that is necessary to update. I will use Psnes by now.

You can try using something like blawar's Tinfoil to remove the required system version flag. That might allow you to run an older update of the application. You might also have to remove your save file.

Regardless, I would recommend using homebrew alternatives for more control.
