Hacking RCM Loader from Aliexpress

Hello,
I'm trying to find RCM Loader for my non-patched switch, and I've only found one on Aliexpress ( https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000240752852.html ). Is it any good? What "Bluetooth" means on it, because I've not heard about Bluetooth on RCM Loaders.
Second question, does 9.0.1 works good with all these custom firmware's or is there still some major bugs and problems.

I bought one of these, works great.
No clue why it says bluetooth, there's no such thing present.

that's what I use and I have no issues but I'm still on 8.01 using 9.3 atmos

Any reports on the newest OS and custom firmware's? Maybe they done something to brick Switches or to not be able to do something?

9.4 had things broken and are temporarily patched and need to be rebuilt, I haven't tried yet so I can't comment
