ROM Hack Need help identifying my random cia's.

I have downloaded over the course of a few years a ton of cia's. When a new game was released I lazily downloaded the first cia released, but almost none of the games have the region in the name. For some reason many of these cia's work fine until I get to multiplayer and then I can't use local play

I need to know the quickest way to determine if my cia has been coverted from a .3ds, and what it's region is.
