Hacking Moonshell help

Can someone point me in the direction of the Moonshell guide? I cant seem to find it.

It only makes since that there would be one here but I cant find it and I'd really appreciate having one. I have several files (2.7 gigs worth) of video and music that I'd like to run with Moonshell but I know that I'll need to convert my file first, yes?

Then how would I go about doing this?

Thanks ThaoGrocer. I never noticed it there but it seems that the Moonshell guide should be linked to the top "Guides" button, and I searched through the forums themselves to.
