ROM Hack Question Is this a perma ban?

I've been playing on Splatoon 2 with a edited save for a few months now. During the weekend I decided to do something stupid and buy out all the weapons and woke up to this two days later. I've searched for the error code 4607 but haven't found any answers to if this is permanent nor have I received any emails from Nintendo. Can anyone tell me if it is?

It only seems to be a ban for the game itself.

Interesting. Game-specific bans have usually been reported as 2124-4027. Given that this was caused due to using an edited save file in an online game, it is most likely a specific ban since that is how most of them are triggered. Anyway since you hacked the console then got the ban, this is a permanent ban since they have evidence you hacked.

Well well well... I got ban from SSBU for tamper the save, so no hard feeling.

Go buy new Switch and don’t modify or tamper the save.

My Switch isn’t banned at all, but just in-game ban only.
