ROM Hack Invalid Folder Loaded Pknx

Can anyone please tell me what;'s wrong, and why i cant load my game on PkNx? I followed the instructions, I dumped my Rom Pokemon Shield Version 1.3.0 thru Yuzu and created a folder named Exefs on the same directory. Yet, when I click the directory folder, it says Invalid Folder Loaded. Is there other way for this to work properly. I really wanna randomize my game. Did I missed some steps? TYIA
