Homebrew How to create SNES9X cheats?

Trying to create a cheat list for Hero Senki (Japan-only), but I dunno how.

Here are the following cheats.

try using Snes9x 1.52 for PC then the .CHT it provides. it wont be plaintext readable but i believe it still works given the version Snes9X for O3DS is based on.

Open Notepad and paste this block. Save the file with the *.chx extension and in ANSI encoding.

I wish cheats in emulators was easier like ePSXe or Mupen 64... Cheats just work well mostly work anyway lol
