Hacking EZ-Flash 3in1

I am running AKAIO firmware 1.5, and my GBA games and saves are all in the same folder. My Fire Emblem 7 game already has a save and I wanna use it on my EZ-Flash. How do I use this save with my game?

EDIT: The reason I asked was because my rom was named Fire Emblem 7 The Blazing Sword.gba and my save file was named Fire Emblem 7 The Blazing Sword.sav, and the save did not work when I ran the game. However, when I renamed the save file to Fire Emblem 7 The Blazing Sword.gba.sav, it worked.
