    I do breaded mushrooms in my air fryer alot. And onion rings, but moz sticks are good also.

    Breaded mushrooms are good but the store bought version is meh, and making them at home is too much work and too much mess...

    I buy them frozen in big bag at a wholesale place here (Costco) and they are pretty good. I actually think they taste better air fry than oven or in oil.

    I tried a few versions of frozen ones and they are underdone for my taste. Button mushrooms at least.

    I tried breaded dill pickles while back, but all the breading fell off when cooking. Love deep fried pickles.

    You need double breading or more. Then it won't matter if it doesn't stick, there will be a shell of breading around and the pickle rattling about in there :tpi:
