1) You can just put the Nand Backup files (MLC, OTP, etc..) in a folder on your PC, then put the folder in an Archive/ZIP/7z. Then put the archive somewhere safe until you need it. 2) The NNID is the Nintendo Account you use for buying games and apps on the eShop. Legit games bought from the eShop are tied to the NNID that bought it. When you first setup your WiiU, you created a user profile for the Console, then you created an NNID for that user profile. Let's say you buy a game from the eShop using your NNID, and you install that game. It will play just fine. Now if you delete that NNID from your WiiU user profile, that game you just bought will no longer be playable. Because legit games are tied to the NNID that originally bought it. The same goes for CBHC. CBHC is an exploit for the Virtual Console DS system. You buy a CBHC supported Virtual Console DS game from the eShop, install the DS game, then install CBHC on top of the DS game you bought. CBHC will replace the game, then CBHC will launch Haxchi automatically on boot for you. You can move the CBHC main menu icon where ever you want on the main menu, most people put it in a folder on the very last page on the main menu. When they say "Don't Move CBHC", they mean don't move it from Nand to USB, or USB to Nand. You should only install CBHC to Nand, and never move it to USB. And NEVER delete/remove the NNID from the user profile that bought the Virtual Console DS game that CBHC is using. And don't worry about the servers shutting down, as long as your NNID is still on your user profile, your fine. You only need internet to buy and download the DS game from the eShop. After that you can disable the internet on your WiiU completly if you want. I hope that helps.
