All the art I find on the internet is done digitally and I don't know if doing it with pencil and paper reflects a lack of talent or things like that.

@Xdqwerty a free software option for drawing digitally is krita. (You'd preferably want a drawing tablet. You might be able to find an old drawing tablet for cheap.)

@Xdqwerty The best tip for drawing is to not stress over it. It's supposed to be fun. 99% of your work will be trash, but it doesn't matter if you had fun

The way to have more fun doing it is to just stop caring about how it looks. -

@Xdqwerty Don't compare yourself to your younger brother. One of the reasons you could be bad is because you keep on erasing lines instead of trusting the process. Try drawing wiith a non erasable pen. It helped me quite a bit

@Xdqwerty that's the point of the exercise. If you keep redrawing a line you will get nowhere.
