Hacking Cheapest gateways plus paying with paypal

Anyone know what the cheapest place to buy a gateway is besides eachmall.me (Won't charge my card for some reason) I can use paypal or credit card but I prefer paypal.. I do apologize if it's been asked before.

Edit: Btw I know normally eachmall says they accept paypal, but i'm only given the credit card 2 and western union options otherwise I would definitely buy there.

A lot of resellers (none of the good and reliable ones, anyway) don't take Paypal anymore due to Paypal taking down anyone that has to deal with flash chips and gray area materials.

This. If you want a flash cart and want to use paypal, it's better if you got a paypal debit card. Flash carts are against Paypal's TOS.

Ah alright, well I have a card I can use if need be, What is the second best reseller to eachmall? I would of course love to buy from there but my card seems to hate tenpay for some reason! Also I love your jake signature TwinRetro.

Any good reseller is purely subjective to the overall user experience; and by user experience, I mean, a) How cheap can one grab a flash cart, b) Is this store Chinese based, c) Does this store take my payment method?, d) How reliable is their customer service in the case of defects, e) How fast can the item ship, and how long until it lands in my mailbox, the list goes on. Do some digging around on Shoptemp or here, and the best way to find out is to just explore. There really is no one size fits all model for reseller shopping.

I think that's why OP is trying to find something with paypal.

With paypal, you're pretty much covered no matter what as a buyer. You don't have to care much about reliability of the shop.

Are all stores listed on ShopTemp legit stores? There seems to be a lack of user feedback for this store here, but they do have the cheapest price on the Gateway as advertised on ShopTemp.

Any opinions on the store would be greatly appreciated.
